		<description><![CDATA[This is a very good (and relatively unbiased) comparison of the two technologies. They don&#8217;t go much into Flex/AS3, but as abase technologies its not bad. Silverlight still only has around 30% of the browser market compared to Flash&#8217;s 98%+, but competition always breeds inovation.
